Different people. Different ways of helping. One practice that stays connected.
The right therapist is not simply the person with the right credentials. Fit matters—how someone thinks, how they work, what they notice, and what kind of support helps you move.
Our clinicians provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Start with the person whose way of working feels closest.

Trauma, hypnosis, and depth work for the places insight alone hasn’t been enough.
You don’t have to choose perfectly before you begin.
We use a collaborative case-consultation model, so your care can draw on more than one perspective when it helps.
Sometimes the person you start with is exactly the person you need. Sometimes the work reveals that another clinician on the team has a particular perspective or strength that could help.
Our clinicians work as part of one practice. When appropriate, we can consult with one another, coordinate care, or help you transition to someone whose approach better fits what the work has become.
You shouldn’t have to start from zero every time your needs change.
Medical Director
Sometimes the most important clinical question is whether what we’re seeing is psychological, medical, or both. Cliff gives our team a trusted physician perspective when the answer isn’t obvious.
Fewer silos. Fewer missed pieces. Less of the burden falling on the client to hold the whole case together.

You can start with a person instead of a form.
Not sure who to start with? Cass can help you figure it out.
She knows the clinicians, their availability, and the practical differences between the ways they work. Tell her a little about what brings you in and what you’re looking for, and she can help you choose a sensible starting point.
You don’t need to diagnose the problem or know which kind of therapy you need before you reach out.
And if ACT isn’t the right place, we know therapists and specialists throughout Austin whose work we trust. We’ll still help you find a sensible next step.
