THERAPY & SERVICES

Different problems open through different doors. We’ll help you find the one that fits.

Some people come in knowing exactly what they need. Others only know that something isn’t working anymore.

Our work spans relationships, trauma, sexuality, neurodivergence, individual therapy, and psychedelic-assisted approaches. You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you begin—we can help you find the right starting point.

OUR SERVICES

Start with what feels closest. The work can go wherever it needs to.

01

When something in your life—or inside you—needs to change.

Anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, grief, shame, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Individual therapy gives us room to understand what’s happening and work toward something different.

02

When you still care about each other, but the way you’re relating isn’t working.

Recurring conflict, disconnection, betrayal, attachment injuries, communication problems, family dynamics, intimacy, and major transitions can all become part of the work.

03

You should be able to talk about sex as directly as anything else.

Desire differences, sexual pain, loss of intimacy, shame, compatibility, sexual trauma, chronic illness, identity, kink, ENM, and reconnecting after distance or betrayal.

04

Therapy shouldn’t require you to translate your brain first.

Autism, ADHD, masking, burnout, sensory differences, relationships, identity, executive functioning, and the accumulated impact of being misunderstood or expected to function differently than you do.

05

Sometimes the past is over, but your system hasn’t gotten the message yet.

Attachment wounds, childhood trauma, complex trauma, sexual trauma, betrayal, abuse, religious trauma, and experiences that still shape safety, relationships, identity, or the way you respond now.

06

Sometimes a different state creates access to something ordinary conversation can’t quite reach.

Ketamine-assisted therapy can create space for deeper emotional work, new perspectives, trauma processing, and experiences that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone.

You don’t have to understand everything before you begin.
