Eagle Young, Executive Performance Coach

Eagle combines 13 years of personal coaching experience with Native wisdom to help people heal and grow.  One thing Eagle works on with many of his individual clients is shoring up their self esteem and increasing their overall motivation.

Eagle grew up on the Hopi Tribe reservation near Taos, New Mexico and moved to Beverly Hills in time for High School.  He was shaped by two different worlds, beginning with native understandings, plant medicine, and sacred healing ceremonies and the second learning how to survive and then thrive in Los Angeles.

His clients appreciate his quiet confidence and Native American wisdom.  Some say there is something mystical about him, “his genuine kindness feels almost sacred…Maybe that’s where the healing comes from.” – Marc Geronimo

Eagle's Background

Eagle Grew up as a member of the Hopi Nation on their native lands, near Taos, New Mexico in a family of Native artists and healers.  He jokes that growing up, his mother kept ayahuasca in the fridge and peyote in the garden.  He grew up playing just about every sport.  Before college, his world was rocked when his family moved to Beverly Hills, California, just in time for high school in the 90’s, when the original 90210 was making headlines.

After college he was a professional dancer and actor, and traveled the world with the Native Earth Dance Troop.  Eagle said that adding strength and stability became a necessity because he had to lift a lot of dancers in their shows.  “Honestly, I just didn’t want to drop them!”  After college he returned to LA and settled in Santa Monica and began his career as a performance coach – training executives, professionals, and even a few celebrities.
